Custom Orders: Yes! We will do a custom order for you! Per our policy, custom graphics must be original, or otherwise approved for commercial use by us. In other words, we cannot produce items with Disney, NFL, or other copyrighted graphics.
Personalized Orders: We can add a personalized touch to most of our items designed by us. Please see the specific item details for more information.

Glassware: The glassware we use in our products can be cleaned with soap and water and is also dishwasher safe. All our glassware is Made in the USA.
Wood Gift Boxes: Our gift boxes are made from high quality baltic birch plywood. They do not require any specific type of care, but if cleaning is required, wipe down the box with a cloth or cleaning wipe.
Dog Tags & Wallet Cards: Our anodized aluminum tags and wallet cards can be cleaned with soap and water.
> Gift wrapping and packaging?
Packaging: We package to protect with a combination of filler paper, bubble wrap, and durable shipping boxes.
Gift Wrapping: We can add additional tissue paper wrapping to your item upon request.
If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right!
> How are our products made?
Our designs are created by us using CAD software. We then use an industrial grade laser engraving and cutting machine to create our items. Our laser is precise and produces a high quality product.
> What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are generally not able to offer returns. However, if there has been a mistake on our part, we will make it right for you. Please contact us if you have questions or would like to discuss options.
